Oliver’s background is in the cultural sector, where he has held several high profile roles over the last twenty years, alongside running a successful consultancy. He started his career championing digital access to art through initiatives such as the BAFTA award winning Tate Online and has worked at Director level in a number of leading cultural organisations.
Oliver’s clients include many major UK venues, including Tate, V&A, BFI, Museum of London, Wellcome Collection, Lyric Hammersmith and Roundhouse. He specialises in strategic problem solving, assisting clear communication and creative innovation through effective use of multi-platform media to promote content and brand.
She combines a background in theatre, fashion and communications to produce events and integrated campaigns which generate high profile media coverage and increase audience outreach. She has produced events for a wide range of clients such as the 2012 Cultural Olympiad, V&A, Science Museum, Wellcome Trust, Festival Republic and Universal Records.
Dan spent six years working for Sky Arts as the in-house producer/director on their arts partnerships. The role saw him direct films for Turner Contemporary, Northern Ballet, The Barbican, Baltic, Glyndebourne, Yorkshire Sculpture Park, National Theatre, English National Opera, Headlong Theatre, The Roundhouse, Birmingham Royal Ballet and The Liverpool Philharmonic. He specialises in capturing creative processes and working methods.
Simon is an independent producer/director of video content and co-founder of O Production, an ambitious digital production company who combine effective creative thinking with exceptional technique. They have developed a crafted approach to film making for most digital platforms and, in this ever-changing landscape, you are as likely to see their work on an smartphone, iPad, or web browser as on the television, cinema screen or art gallery.
With 10 years of experience as a freelancer, Simon created hundreds of short films for broadcasters, record companies, publishers, artists and major cultural institutions. Clients include BBC, Channel 4, Tate, Serpentine Gallery, Institute of Contemporary Art, Faber and Faber, British Film Institute, EMI, Adam and Eve and Louis Vuitton.
Jeff is recognised globally as an expert on media branding. Having trained at the BBC, he went on to head up the design group in Red Bee Media Creative, with a long and successful track record of creating effective award winning work by developing consumer focused solutions for media brands.
Jeff is passionate about engaging audience with content, through effective branding and promotion. He has worked extensively with the BBC, UKTV and Virgin Media, as well as a range of other broadcasters all over the world. He is Managing Director of the leading media branding agency The Council.
Shaun’s recent clients include Arts Council England, English Heritage, DCMS, MLA, Tate Connects, Renaissance South East, Turner Contemporary, Brighton Museum and Art Gallery, Writer’s Centre Norwich, The Nuffield Theatre, and John Hansard Gallery.
Chris is the first ever Artist in Residence at the British Library in London. He is the man behind the comedy characters Tina C, Ida Barr and Jedd O’Sullivan and the creator of theatre shows C’est Barbican, Office Party, VIP, Working Man’s Club and Silent Night as well as many media appearances and writing for BBC Radio 4. He has a remarkable ability to break down boundaries and make education fun.
A former Research Fellow at the University of the Arts, she has lectured at both London College of Fashion and the ICA. She has written for publications and sites including Fire and Knives, Clothes on Film, Fashion156 and British Pathé and her research is featured on the PYMCA youth culture archive. She blogs on the Theatre of Fashion, is a regular contributor to leading trend analysis company WGSN and as the red-haired half of the Broken Hearts DJ duo she hosts a weekly radio show on Jazz FM.
